The restaurant was great for breakfast here, I had warm dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed the view over the complex.

Great location for the price, close to restaurants, shops, the Myer centre, and churches. It's a shame the restaurant wasn't open on the weekend, but still plenty of food options nearby. the continental breakfast had a tasty selection 🥐.

In general the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was a nice size and reasonably well appointed, had very clean and included a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. Although the view was very ordinary, I had lovely bedroom.
Very small bathroom, and the breakfast was very disappointing.

The location for us was great and the fact that the Hotel had 3 bedroom apartments was a real bonus as we are a family of five. It was roomy and very comfortable.
For the overnight tariff I thought the room would have been a bit more luxurious with the furniture and fit out.

Highly recommended for short stay. Location: the hotel was really close to shopping centre and restaurants, restaurants & cafes, and West End pubs. I visited Zack's next to the venue for a few drinks.

The location is perfect as well as the fact you can secure your car in the underground parking lot. No reserved spot meant we could choose a good spot to suit our large rental car. The bed we slept in was one of the most comfortable ones ever. The lounge not so good, but it sufficed for the two of us. We also loved drinking our wine from an actual red wine glass, well done. Good selection of crockery. Another thing that was appreciated was the extensive list of take away menus from near by. Also, all but one of the staff we encountered were professional, courteous and friendly.
A smile from the receptionist upon arrival would have been good. The bathtub wasn't clean as there were feet marks in it. Around the basin there were old dirt marks. In the fist evening we attempted to have a shower but the large dispenser was empty, so we washed with shampoo. No hand wash either, that was empty too.Not a good start to our weekend. The next day the very friendly cleaning ladies came by to make our bed. The kitchen bins were emptied but our rather full bin in the bathroom was not attended to. At least these two ladies greeted everyone walking past them, very welcoming on both days we stayed there. The young man at reception on our departing day was very courteous and accommodating to our request to leave our car in the secure parking lot while we went down the road to breakfast. He smiled and wished us farewell on departing.

Proximity to where we needed to go.
Unable to book in before 2pm. After travelling several hours we had to unpack , shower and dress to attend a 2.30pm wedding. We phoned as adivised early that morning before we left to see if we could access the room earlier. We were told 12.30pm. We arrived and were adivsed that it was not available until 1:45pm. It seems that the hotel met their own needs before meeting the needs of their intended guests. That is, they have a system of cleaning the rooms regardless of which rooms were required later that day. Our family booked a number of rooms all of which were not ready in time. We then had to check out by 10am, Not even 24 horus for our money. We will be considering other accommodation in Toowoomba where I know guests can check in well before 2pm. Unless of course your hotle changes its policy and its processes for ensureing a fair book in time and checking out time. Not worth the money we spent. Other family members also stayed there and they are of a similar opinion.
